LCP Dance Theatre is currently producing a full-length dance theatre project ‘AM I’, touching on human rights aspects.

A BBC awarded Dance Theatre, collaborated with Tavaziva Dance Company, Berni Grant Art Centre and LeSoCo is looking for voluntaries to support LCP’s work with possibility to develop it into a full time paid job.

What we offer?

– opportunity to work with a professional multimedia and multi-culture dance company, within the human rights issues

– marketing: PR (media exposure), advertisement: credits on all advertising materials

-opportunity to proceed with the company’s work on longer base

-opportunity to tour with the company nationally and internationally with workshops and performance

-support victims of human trafficking through the arts

-10% profit of box office sales (sales representatives) and fund raising (fund raise representatives)

What we expect?


-contact medias and exchange the promo kit of LCP

-invite media’s representatives to come to the performance and encourage to publish the reviews and press release

-write the press release (pre and post), reviews and promo info for marketing


-create the company’s proposal  and contact the venues managers to book the space for the performances in the Uk and abroad

-research and apply for the dance festivals and human rights related events

-coordinate and distribute the promotional materials of the company (flyers, posters)

-organise and coordinate the online marketing


-search for the public and private institutions which fund the charity’s activities

-write the applications to the Councils and Trusts which support arts and other third parties which support human rights activities

-coordinate the application process
