Born in July 1991 Natalie Taylor is a British dance performer and choreographer who fuses poles dance with dance theatre. She is a qualified pole dance instructor. With a Masters degree in creative practice from Trinity Laban (2014-2016) and a BA Dance degree (2012-2014) from Plymouth University, Natalie has developed an array of academic acumen to complement a number of different teaching experiences in contemporary dance, pole dance and contact work. Natalie has created both student and professional works through her own dance companies and within her respective Universities where she was recognized with awards for achievements in supporting and organizing events for the students in dance. Since 2014, she has studied and worked in London progressing her artistic interests by creating a unique technique of contemporary pole dance, incorporating elements of photography & film. Currently collaborating with LCP dance Theatre Company, Natalie is raising awareness surrounding the topic of human rights. She is working as a dancer and chorographer building towards the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2017 culminating in a novel showing of the piece: Escape 2.
